Thanks for shopping at Savonc Swimwear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns 

*All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned* 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
We accept returns in the original state, with all tags attached, for a full refund.

Our policy lasts 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your item, send an email to savoncswimwear@gmail.com and our customer service team will provide you the return information. 
Please note: you are responsible for the postage payments of sending the items back to us.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your purchase for another size, color or style if the item return request has been filed within 14 calendar days from the date you received your items.
Please note: you are responsible for the postage payments of sending the items back to us, as well as back to you again.

To exchange your item, send an email to savoncswimwear@gmail.com and our customer service team will provide you the return information.

If you received an incorrect order or faulty garment, please contact us immediately by sending an email to savoncswimwear@gmail.com.
Shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only).
Please note: if you have worn the received incorrect order or faulty garment, this voids the return.
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all hygiene liners and tags attached.

 

Refunds
