How long does it take to ship my order?
Allow us 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

When will my order arrive?
For our Dutch customers, it will take anywhere from 1-2 business days*, from the day your package was dispatched.

For our Australian customers, it will take anywhere from 4-11 business days*, from the day your package was dispatched. Express shipping is also available, they tend to deliver on the next possible business day.

Please note: Savonc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the delivery has been confirmed to your address. 

*Unfortunately, shipping times might be increased due to high volume of packages at DPD & Australian Post.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes you can! Your order comes with a tracking number from DPD or Australian Post. You will also receive e-mail notifications.

My purchase doesn’t fit me, can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely! We’re happy to exchange the size of purchases if the item is returned within 14 days. 

Please note: you are responsible for the postage payments of sending the items back to us, as well as back to you again.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
*All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned*

If you change your mind, we offer you a full refund, provided that:

(a) you return the item within 14 days from the date you receive it; and
(b) the item is unworn and in its original condition; and
(c) all original tags and liners are attached to the item.

What should I do if I receive faulty product/s?
All goods are inspected before we send them off to you, to make sure they are in excellent condition. 

We also carefully pack your items to minimize chance of damage during transit.
